Reservation

Q: Will I receive a confirmation email of my reservation?
A: Yes, you will receive an email with all the details of your reservation.
Q: Can I change my reservation if I want to stay long or shorter, change rooms, or add more guests?
A: Yes, you may, but please note that it is dependent on room availability and that additional fees might apply.
Q: How long in advance do I have to make a reservation?
A: You can make a reservation up until one day prior to accommodation day. Please call us to see if there are rooms available.

Payment

Q: Can I pay with creditcard?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express,Diners Club, Discover

Check in/Check out

Q: When is check in /check out?
A: Check in is from 15:00 to 20:00, and check out is until 11:00.Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of your dinner.
Q: Can I check in early or check out late?
A: Since we must prepare the rooms, unfortunately early check in is not possible. You can leave you luggage with us and enjoy some sightseeing until the check in time. If you desire a late check in due to delays with your flight or for other reasons, please contact us beforehand.

Cancellation policy

Q: If I cancel my reservation, will I get a refund or credit? Will I have to pay any fees?

A: Depending on when you cancel your reservation, different cancellations fees apply. They are as follows;


3 days prior:30% cancellation fee

1 day prior:50% cancellation fee

Accommodation day / No Show:100% cancellation fee

*When the reservation is made using a reservation website, said website’s appropriate regulations regarding cancellation will take priority.
*The cancellation policy may be different for certain offers in the event that the plan was reserved online. Information regarding the cancellation policy can be found with the plan information and in your reservation confirmation email.

Q: Do you have parking available?
A: Yes, parking is available free of charge. No advance reservation is required.
Q: Can I send my luggage directly to the hotel?
A: Yes, you may send your luggage in advance, but please let us know beforehand.
Q: Can I send my luggage from the hotel?
A: Yes, we can send your luggage.
